I have been using these folks for almost 20 years, they never let me down. They are knowledgeable, honest, and do what they say when they say. AND at a fair price. Just had a head unit replaced in a Jeep yesterday, and while I am not an audiophile by any stretch, they listened to what I wanted and needed, and did not try to upsell me more than I wanted. When it was all said and done they took the time to explain how everything worked. 100% pleased, this is what a great store and great customer service is all about.
I purchased an automatic starter. For some reason it didn't work once I left Sound Decisions. I called they asked me to bring it in. As soon as I got there they looked at it. They tried a few things until they solved the problem. Every person I spoke with was friendly and did whatever they could to help me. Great service, great people and great value.

My father loved his first experience so of course after his new vehicle purchase he came back...and low and behold the service just continues to get better.
