If you have a luxury vehicle, do not take your car here. They caused an additional $900 in damage to my car and refused to pay for it. And they didn't tell me that until ignoring my 3 phone calls over a month's time. They drilled a hole in the interior window material which destroyed the way the window worked. They claimed it had to be done that way, but after taking it to BMW, they were able to do it without the drilling, and after replacing the whole interior piece. The system also sounds terrible.
