By far the worst.....and I mean worst bank/credit union i have ever had to deal with. A terrible car dealership set me up with a loan from them. From the begging to the end, It was a nightmare trying to make payments. It would take hours where they would make you hold and then hang up on you and then they charge you a convenience fee of $10.
