GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY CLEAN PLACE VERY NICE PEOPLE
Young girl with glasses just helped me at drive through and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Did not even ask if I wanted a receipt after making a deposit. Extremely unprofessional and made me feel so unsettled. She never smiled once, simply stared at me and nodded while doing my deposit. Very odd and think management needs to take better care hiring.
Experienced the worst customer service from any bank teller I have ever been to. Considering moving my business elsewhere if management doesn’t reach out to resolve this issue. Wasn’t even treated like a human being and it’s simply not ok.
Consistently excellent and expeditious service with Sound Credit Union.
