Shaina & Staff were great.
The mobile is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BAD... it will show you a notice that the deposit was completed successfully and then maybe an hour later claim the check was not endorsed. SO one has to redo the deposit. MOST MY DEPOSIT NOW FOR A YEAR GO SO. SCREW it I went to BECU instead, and closed my SoundCU account.
I could give them 0 stars. No value for customer, Shaina the manager does not know her work , not clear on instructions and does not accept her mistake. I do not recommend this CU at all if you want to save some time.
Is the second time you have been closed when website says you're open and holiday hours may vary. be really nice if it said open or closed I didn't have to make a guess and didn't have to make a phone call and more importantly; my intention in driving to your facility was not to waste time it was to get something done and it's not done because someone feels it's not important enough to make sure you members are aware of the open closed status.
