Parking lot can be tricky but the staff is always helpful.
Not this specific bank but them as a whole. If I could give negative stars I would. Got an auto loan through them, boe in order to start an online account I need a member number... which of course they dont give you. So now in the middle of trying to sign up on thw website I have to sit on the phone for 45 minutes to get my member number so I can sign up for a for online services. This location is not up to par. This location is rude and unprofessional. I will be spreading the word about this location. The cashier was out of line; instead of minding the customer in front of her, she was all up in my conversation, not cool. I have closed my accounts here and will let the world know this so -called credit union is NOT for the people.
