Excellent to do business with.
This location is supposed to be open on Saturday, I drove all the way from downtown and arrived at 11:15 pm to find it closed. This is just horrible. I won't probably make it to another location in time.
My 92-year old mother has been a member since they were known as Seattle Telco, about 70 years, through 3 name changes! I brought her in to the Kelsey Creek location in Bellevue so she could get some questions answered about her accounts. A teller whose name, sadly, I can’t recall, and Shaina, the branch manager helped my mother get clarity and did so with amazing patience and professionalism. My mother and I are extremely grateful to them for their above and beyond customer service!
Closed on Saturdays, even though they say 9-1 on Google Maps. Normally I'd grumble about Google having inaccurate data and submit a correction without leaving a review. Hours can change and mistakes can happen, I get that. But, their hours on Google Maps were updated by the business just 2 weeks ago. As I sit in the parking lot after wasting a drive over there, I see another customer's review from 5 whole months ago complaining about this exact same thing. Unbelievable.
