Staff have been consistently helpful and courteous. In a recent dealing with a more complex issue, branch manager Shaina Rabelos, has been proactive and detail-oriented.
They scam you. They’ve been taking money from the account - an inactive fee. They only allow “deposits” and “withdrawals”. Even if I’ve been putting money in the account yearly to avoid it through a transfer. Today with a smug face and tell us that transfers don’t count as deposits and I asked what a deposit is then and the “Champion” office person proceeds to tell me “deposits weren’t done” so I had to repeat myself what counts as a deposit. We love the Bellevue location but we really need one in Issaquah it’s so frustrating so go to Bellevue on weekdays and to Redmond on weekends it would help me and my grandma who has two accounts with sound credit but a Issaquah location would be so helpful for us

Sound credit union is 1,000 percent a scam… At least when it comes to loans… I purchased an older Hyundai 3 years ago through their loan department. I’m not gonna lie I was unable to find insurance I could afford so Sound credit raised my loan amount every month by 150 dollars and told me I would have full coverage insurance through them. Come to find out, not only did I not have full coverage. None of the money I was paying for the “insurance” actually went to my “insurance” it shows it in the breakdown.
