Had a major upgrade done here in Hudson. To say service and technical assistance was top flight is an understatement. Work was done superbly, and the end result far exceeded my expectations. I am an older buyer who had very specific tastes and needs. They were met flawlessly. Great job guys.....OUTSTANDING work on my 2024 F150. Thanks also to the great folks at Focal, Kenwood, Hertz, and Rockford Fosgate for terrific hardware. Highly recommend !!!
I posted a while back. The car camera/security system they installed killed two batteries. I resolved this by purchasing a lithium car battery. It was $400. It resolved the 4 day battery drain issue. I like the system but wish they would have installed a high capacity battery from the get go. These systems are known to drain batteries. I recommend installing a lithium battery if you go this route!
These guys are great. I’ve had them put screens and remote starters in both of my 20 year old vehicles. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and I’m one of those customers who is almost impossible to please. Adam and Brandon are great!
Took my 2019 Mustang Convertible in for an upgrade and I couldn't be happier. New head unit, speakers and added a sub to the trunk. Adam was very knowledgeable, upfront and communicated everything that would be done. Adam and Brandon did a very clean installation and it sounds amazing. I would have no issues recommending anyone looking for an upgrade to use Sound Connection. Thanks again for a job well done.
