A local car dealer needed to replace a part in my car and "broke" my remote start. Stated they couldn't figure out how to make it work. Went back to Sound Connection who put it in and in 5 minutes they had it back up a working. A button under the dash needed to be hit and reprogram the remote. Front desk guy and the technician were both great examples of what customer service is about. And the best part, they didn't charge me when they certainly could have, and I would have had to pay it. A big Thank you!!
Mike went out of his way to give me excellent service. From what I can see he is doing a great job as the knew manager of the Waite Park store. I should highly recommend Sound Connection.
Within 24hrs my remote start stopped working won't let me do anything not happy at all i shouldn't have to come back the next day
