I've been a patient of Dr. Shawn Naylor since 2011. He's thorough (no rushed 10 minute appointment). He reads aloud notes from the previous visit and any intermediate notes. A questionnaire is always filled out prior to the appointment regarding symptoms. If supplements or prescriptions are needed, a comprehensive explanation is written out. The medical staff is great. The support staff is great. I am healthier because of the good care I get here.
I had a really great experience at Sound Clinic. From the front desk staff to the doctors, everyone was friendly, patient, and made me feel welcome. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their patients. I have been stopping in to the sound clinic for about 2 years now. The staff is amazing, Vanessa, Cheryl, Skylee, and Shanea are all so friendly and helpful. All of the staff/providers I appreciate their care and help when I come in. Would definitely recommend this office!
So disappointing - 1. Care was okay, there was turn over and not enough follow through that led to issues 2. Their billing and scheduling process is not great. Poor responses, and folks who are either not trained that way they need to be or who are uninvested. Errors and delays on their end were met with agitation and impatience and sometimes straight rude responses. ——- I do think the beginnings of the practice were special, per reports from some friends.
