Unfortunately I had a very negative experience. We went live on September 25th (3.5 weeks from it being vacant, and they had been inside my house 2 weeks prior, so anything that was necessary could have/should have been in the works already). - On October 9th, some repairs were discussed (and they were never made). Terrible property managers, they never do what they say. Very untrustworthy. DO NOT trust your investment to these clowns. STAY AWAY!
I knew from the beginning that sound city was the best choice for me when it came to property management. Juli spent 30+ minutes on the phone answering questions and even giving me information that I didn’t know I needed to ask about (versus the five minutes that other management companies provided in my vetting process).
