The only reason for this review is Juli. She is very difficult to deal with and unprofessional in her communication. Unfortunately, if you have an issue with her, there is no way around her as she owns this company. Juli is very dismissive, and if she disagrees with you on an issue, she will go out of her way to make your life more difficult as a tenant. Juli recently gave me a lease violation warning for feeding two stray cats, claiming that I was attracting pests. (Not feeding strays was not on the lease, by the way). Th... read more
Best company to rent from!! My husband and I loved our time renting from Sound City. Our property manager, Juli, was so attentive and responsive. We always felt cared for. Issues were solved typically within 24 hours. And if they couldn’t be immediately solved, Juli would still contact us with updates. Truly I cannot recommend this company enough, especially properties managed by Juli. We were sad to move away!!!
