I went to see Eric a few months ago and told him that my stereo in my car was no longer working and he told me I probably needed a new stereo, but found out that everything worked but the sound so I called him and explained to him the situation and asked if he could do diagnostics on my car to see maybe what the real problem was. He found that all 4 of my speakers went out at the same time. Had to get my speakers replaced and had no knowledge on speakers at all. Went in before closing and Eric stayed late and told me about different speakers. Ended up picking out some new speakers at a great price other competitors couldn't match. Very happy with the speakers he installed. Haven't given me a single issue.
Went to get some new speakers. He told me that it was my aux cord, And recommended to get a new aux cord. Long story short. He could’ve charge me for the speakers. But told me it was an easy cheap fix. Great guy
