Lisa has been fantastic. Knowledgeable about my existing chronic health conditions (MCAS, POTS) AND always assumes competence when talking about the meds and the brain and the goals that we have. I hate when a doctor talks to you like you’re dumb, and I’ve yet to run into that with Lisa! Definitely recommend!
I scheduled an appointment with this clinic but never got a chance to see anyone. I scheduled on a Thursday with my appointment exactly a week later. I filled out what I would think it most of the paperwork. By the time I got to the CRT questions, I was overwhelmed and needed a break. Monday morning my Thursday appointment was canceled. I called to ask why and the receptionist was completely dismissive and condescending. Cancelled appointment on a relative I had assisted in getting said appointment. Cancelled because the clinic requested paperwork to be completed *immediately* and it wasn't done quick enough for them (within 24 hours of getting the email) - nevermind that the packet was large and needed time to review. Or that people have lives outside of their appointment. Not a great way to introduce your clinic when your prioritizing processes over people. We'll find a better solution elsewhere.
Lisa has been amazing! She has completely turned things around and gotten me on the proper medication and on the right path. YAY!
