I cant honestly leave any stars for this business due to the fact the owner has been unresponsive to our efforts to contact him and work hed promised and was paid to do remains undone. What makes this particularly egregious is the work the owner committed to doing was for my senior parent who lives alone and relies on his chimney for heating purposes. The company changed hands therefore I changed hands with it. My reviews precede themselves just like my work. Very professional and 12 years experience with chimneys I believe the new owner came into this industry no knowing anything about chimneys except masonry. He has a long way to go and I wish him luck in his progress.
