This is disgusting! I was put on hold 3 times for over 20 minutes saying I was first in line to speak with someone. Never happened! I was then directed to leave a voicemail, I tried to, but every time it said the mail box was not accepting new mssgs! This is atrocious! Completely unprofessional and disrespectful You should not be working in this field if you have no regard for people needing help. You should be ashamed and need to be shut down. PLEASE mark this clinic as CLOSED! PLEASE do all of us a favour and have the phone number removed, so you are not put on hold for an hour, told to leave a voicemail, then hung up on because it is full. I should not have had to drive to the clinic after calling for 3 days, to find out you are NO LONGER IN BUSINESS. A little common courtesy would have been appreciated. I’m sure this has been an issue, for many patients.
Waited on hold for over 20mins to have it transfer me to a voicemail.. apparent they don't answer the phone.
