The staff are friendly, engaging and receptive. Impressively efficient, Octavia,administered the application process in way that was quite effortless. As time has passed...with subsequent interaction - it seems they will assist in unrelated inquiries as well... It is a pleasure to be their client.
I worked with Zach and he was absolutely amazing! Communicated with me well and explained all the coverages and answered all my questions. He got me an excellent rate for both Homeowners & Car insurance. Overall made the experience super easy, and he had a super fast turnaround getting me multiple quotes. Zach did a great job in comparing different Insurance Companies to fit my needs and Progressive turned out to be the best option, with some significant savings...especially when I "Bundled" my Auto/Home/RV.
So far I'm very pleased. I have not had a claim so I can't really make a complete review but they handled my needs efficiently.
