I’ll preface this by saying I only ever write reviews when an experience is either terrible, or so awesome and unforgettable that I feel like I have to say something. This was absolutely the latter! I had two children at Sound Beach Pediatricians for nearly five years, and our early experience was very positive — kind doctors and easy communication. That changed when my four-year-old was diagnosed with autism. None of the early indicators were identified by the pediatricians. After we obtained a diagnosis elsewhere, the practice was unable to provide even basic support. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was our first visit to Sound Beach Pediatrics, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Caro was amazing, she took her time with us, really listened to all my concerns, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. She offered helpful solutions and made me feel truly heard for the first time during my daughter’s well visit.
