Super friendly and knowledgeable.
Nathan is very knowledgeable and very kind. I have been hard of hearing for 3 years and no one before has been able to help me. He took the time to test my hearing and fit me with a trial hearing aid that I could actually hear with! I am finally encouraged to get some hearing back!

This was my. second time receiving services at Sound Advice. I had a very positive experience there with Nathan who provided a lot of relevant information and assistance. He explained the hearing tests well and was very informative as we went over my test results. I was able to make a decision to wait a bit before trying hearing aids. Sound Advice helped when I was in bind, we had just moved into the area, and after three visits they helped me get my device up and running, regardless of an out of state provider, now in consultation with Nathan, he recommended a much better device, and now I can establish an account/chart, and ultimately get a improved device ! thanks for taking the time !
