Friendly, knowledgable service. Really nice folks! They quickly solved my husbands problems with his hearing aids.
Nathan always does a great job. Second set of hearing aids and I can’t be more impressed with them and Sound Advice. I look forward to many years of care from them. The entire staff is great. Update 8/21/25: routine visit for cleaning and adjustment today. The team there is so helpful and friendly but very polite and respectful of your time. Always nice to see Nathan and Linda and Alexia (sp). They’ve moved to a new facility and it is open and spacious and very comfortable. We refer friends to no one else but Sound Advice.
We always get excellent care from Sound Advice, caring for our auditory health and the status of our hearing aids. We are always treated with kindness and get answers for all our questions (no matter how many times we ask the same ones!) :)
Great service ! Everything about my hearing test was explained and the best hearing aid my insurance covered (Phonak Sphere I70) was ordered and now I am hearing better than I have in 10 years.
Family-owned and friendly service, which I've used in Fresno for several years. Their service has been professional and often at no charge.
