My experience at Sound Advice was positive and very helpful. The greatest thing as that I can hear again! Nathan is knowledgeable and patient. He explains the ins and outs of hearing aids, answers all questions and physically shows you how to work with your new hearing aids. He listens well and is very personable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Sound Advice- a 10+ in my book. Thank you Nathan for giving me my hearing back!
I would recommend Sound Advice to anyone who wants to follow up on a question about their hearing. Nathan took an incredible amount of time and fitted me with some hearing aids for a test drive. I couldn’t have got more personal attention. Sound Advice definitely earned a five star rating.
I had my annual appointment today. As usual I was greeted with a warm and friendly greeting. I was a little early, but was taken in right away. My devices were examined and new updated domes were put on. After conferring about my experiences an additional setting was added and adjusted while other additions which were available were not. The personal touch this team has, cannot be matched. They are, and will continue to be, my audiologist of choice and will highly recommend them to anyone.
