Completely on top of my hearing needs. Appointments are friendly and are on time. They are provided me With the best apparatus my needs.
The Lev family are so caring and will take care of any problems you are having with your hearing aids. Would give them a 10 star rating if it were available.
Had the unfortunate experience of hearing aid receiver wire breaking on one of my Phonak Audéo hearing aids. Stopped by Sound Advice office without appointment. Alessia, office manager, replaced receiver wires on both devices (wanted to ensure that I didn’t have to deal with mismatched wax guards) in a couple of minutes while juggling phone calls and patients with appointments. Shout out to all the staff at Sound Advice…they are always kind, courteous, and professional people.
Couldn’t have asked for more helpful service. Gave me all the help I needed with no issues whatsoever.
My experience at Sound Advice was positive and very helpful. The greatest thing as that I can hear again! Nathan is knowledgeable and patient. He explains the ins and outs of hearing aids, answers all questions and physically shows you how to work with your new hearing aids. He listens well and is very personable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Sound Advice- a 10+ in my book. Thank you Nathan for giving me my hearing back!
