Excellent service, excellent product. Excellent experience.
This was my first time at the facility, but my second hearing test experience. The testing was by far more detailed and technical than my first test, which was conducted by another facility. The doctor was patient and clearly explained each step of the test and findings. At all times, I knew what to expect. I am confident of this facility's findings regarding my hearing and highly recommend it.
I have been going to Sound Advice since starting my hearing aid journey. I started going there after I checked reviews for several different hearing aid centers in my area and they had great reviews. I waited until I had my hearing tested there, then tried some hearing aids they offer. Over weeks they made me appointments to make sure that the fit and sound were perfect for me. Great service. Very helpful and friendly. Amy is great to work with. She explains everything and answers all my questions. Nice new office with ample parking.
