RUN AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE. Honestly hated my experience with them. The people who actually helped my sleep study was kind but the payment process after was horrible. The lady who handled the billing was so so so cruel and not empathetic at all! I called to make a payment and she demanded I pay at least 20% (this bill was $1,200. Doctor takes his time getting prescription to the cpap provider.
The guy that did my study was wonderful. What hasn’t been wonderful is the fact that I wake up all night long not breathing, and one week after my study I was supposed to have my follow up appointment and get a cpap machine. Hopefully that’s the plan seeing how I stopped breathing 24 times in one hour during the study.
