The bar is set low for mental health clinicians who accept Medicaid, but the psychiatrists at Sound are the worst of the worst: Disorganized, lazy, high-handed, opaque, incompetent, rude, and above all totally uninterested in helping you with your problems. Five years ago there were some good people working here, but things seem to have declined sharply since then. If you must, go in with the expectation they will waste your time & try your patience.
