My visit began at the scheduled time. She explained things very clearly. She listened to my questions and answered them with clear instructions/information. The support staff was also very knowledgable. The only issue I had was getting a follow up visit in the prescribed time (insurance requirement) because they are busy and we were going to be out of the area fo an extended time. They went out of their way to help me with this matter.
