I worked with and along side Soumis as a Plumbing and HVAC tech. for a few different sub contractors over the years. They seem like a nice and honest bunch of people from my interactions. Being from a family of builders I have been especially impressed with their framing skills.
I contracted to use Soumis Construction to build my new home in Carlton. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in good time. The framing was fairly complex but they handled it like it is definitely something they did everyday. Jesse the owner was there most of the time working onsite with his guys, he definitely is not a paper contractor he actually performs the work with his team.
