Soumia is very patient in explaining about home buying process. She encouraged us to get pre-approved so we don't lose time when making an offer on competitive property, which is the case in Davis. She sends us the latest listing as soon as it is posted. She has been patient in our home search process and does not push us to make a decision. She is available to see a home anytime.
