Amazing people and service
I placed an order on February 21, 2025 and was told that they were going to get in touch with the owner and would pass down the information to process my refund. The total of my purchase was $66.90. It’s now been over 3 months, and I’ve received nothing. I contacted the store, went in person multiple times even via email and phone—and was either ignored or given vague promises. Short version/TLDR • Was told days before Memorial Day weekend that readings would be on sale—$25 for 15 minutes (almost 40% off). • Came in Friday, was told “No sale on readings”—only 10% off store items. • Drove 30 minutes just to leave disappointed. • This was meant as a birthday + post-finals treat to myself. • I’ve been growing more and more frustrated with this place for years now.
