I called this place before, but they never returned my call. One day, they finally called me back and asked if I needed an ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter. I told them yes. They could have told me right then whether they could accept an ASL interpreter and accept me after I provided my insurance information, but instead they said they would call me back — and never did.

I filled out the Request a Consultation from on the Soultenders website for Melissa Zavala on December 11. I got no response until January 4, when she emailed me saying I could schedule a 15-minute consultation. No acknowledgement or apology for the 3-week delay in responding. I replied on January 5 with several dates/times for a phone call. As of now, 10 days later, I have received no response. Unbelievably unprofessional and arguably unethical.

I’m super disappointed!! I had an appointment with Miriam Berberyan and she cancels my appointment 15 mins before because she says i didn’t confirm my appointment! She already sent zoom link to join at appointment time. Soul tenders sends out tons of emails confirming appointments and portals to send docs and insurance info. If this process is already done why does the practitioner feel it’s ok to cancel esp if I didn’t call to cancel! I’ve never heard of such nonsense! How about wait till my time and see if I show up!!
