I called this place before, but they never returned my call. One day, they finally called me back and asked if I needed an ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter. I told them yes. They could have told me right then whether they could accept an ASL interpreter and accept me after I provided my insurance information, but instead they said they would call me back — and never did.
A day before my appointment, I received notice that my therapist suddenly declined me as a client for "personal reasons".
I filled out the Request a Consultation from on the Soultenders website for Melissa Zavala on December 11. I got no response until January 4, when she emailed me saying I could schedule a 15-minute consultation. No acknowledgement or apology for the 3-week delay in responding. I replied on January 5 with several dates/times for a phone call. As of now, 10 days later, I have received no response. Unbelievably unprofessional and arguably unethical.
I’m super disappointed!! I had an appointment with Miriam Berberyan and she cancels my appointment 15 mins before because she says i didn’t confirm my appointment! She already sent zoom link to join at appointment time. Soul tenders sends out tons of emails confirming appointments and portals to send docs and insurance info.
