Sarah is incredible and a massage from her is a wonderful experience. The room at YESS Yoga is ideal - full of soothing colors, sound, and texture. Sarah makes you feel so welcome and really gets to know you and your needs. Her technique is excellent - she really works with your body rather than following a script for the massage. Sarah provides an excellent massage and is able to release tension and pain from specific muscles upon request. She is a very gentle and loving soul which counts for a lot in my book. Her space is both attractive and relaxing. I would highly recommend her.

I schedule monthly massages with Sarah and they are always inspired, dynamic, and personal. The deep tissue massages and cupping are my go to right now. However, I am super excited to try a lymphatic massage with her soon. I am so grateful for the ease and repair my body and heart receive after a massage with Sarah at Solstice Yoga and Bodywork.

I have been seeing Sarah regularly for massages for about 3 months now and she has been so amazing to work with. She is great at listening to what I need and incorporating that into our sessions. She is so lovely and personable and very professional as well. I highly recommend seeing her!
