Sarah is incredible and a massage from her is a wonderful experience. The room at YESS Yoga is ideal - full of soothing colors, sound, and texture. Sarah makes you feel so welcome and really gets to know you and your needs. Her technique is excellent - she really works with your body rather than following a script for the massage. I can’t afford massages/body work often and have only had two in my life but Sarah’s work and rates are fantastic and she has such a nice waiting room too. she’s very good about checking in at all steps and definitely got parts of me to loosen for once! Thank you and will be excited to schedule again when I can :)

I have had the pleasure of experiencing a restorative yoga class and Thai bodywork session with Sarah and both were phenomenal! I have struggled with anxiety and physical symptoms of panic and both sessions left me feeling calm, at ease and centered. Prices are extremely affordable for the amount of support and care you receive. I already booked another session.

I love working with Sara - she really knows how to hold space for me, but also knows how to literally hold me to make her massage most impactful for my body!! Sara is very intuitive, very competent, and is very creative in her holistic approach to body care! I have referred folks to her, and I will continue to refer and go myself!!
