I truly appreciate the care and skill Lena brings to every session. I carry my stress in my shoulders and Lena’s massages are both restorative and grounding—targeting muscle tension while also helping me reset mentally after long, demanding days. I always leave feeling balanced, relaxed, and ready to take on the week again. Highly recommended for anyone needing true therapeutic relief! Although, I am a little hesitant to share her with others, so please do not tell everyone!
I make a point to book a massage (or two) with Lena every time I come to Tennessee. She is fabulous and very experienced ! I always leave feeling wonderful 👍

I visited Lena due to have muscle spasms and needing relief. I was in so much pain that it hurt to move a couple steps and move positions. Lena has such a wonderful touch. With the massage oil (?) she used, she gently glided over my muscles. I didn't have to tell her, but she knew how much pressure to put in certain spots to get me relief.
