Highly recommend, Ari is thoughtful in his presentation and gives modifications for all abilities
I have participated in both group workshops and private yoga therapy sessions with Ari, in person and online. I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgable, versatile and intuitive. He combines yoga, fitness, and holistic wellness in his sessions, with kindness and patience. When I told my daughter about what he has done for me, she remarked, "This man is worth his weight in gold!"
I loved all the classes and jams with Ari. He was playing and safe and fun in all his teachings, really recommend checking out any of his stuff.
There is much to SOULSHINE, and one exquisite component is yoga. Ari brings all of its gifts: Spiritual, emotional and physical to your mat when you show up with him.on his. He is true to the classical elements, and helps you to make them yours.
Sessions with Ari are the perfect mix of introspection and physical practice. You spend time getting clear,moving,and detaching. Then integrate all the work you have done.
