I have tried therapy for half my childhood and my entire adult life and have never truly felt that it was productive until finding this office. Soul's Alchemy has such a unique, cozy vibe, and the people are absolutely amazing. The somatic approach is so interesting and really revolutionized the way I'm approaching/experiencing therapy. Stephanie is the best therapist I have ever had! After several failed attempts of finding a counselor that I feel safe with, finding Stephanie was life-changing. Through EMDR and trauma therapy, I FINALLY (at age 29 lol!) feel a connection and alignment with my body. If there were more stars, she would get them ALL!

The guidance that I have received from Stephanie with somatic (body) healing from my traumatic experiences has truly changed my body, my mood, my mindset, and my life.
