I love practicing at SoulPlay yoga! They offer a range of classes from beginners, deep stretch, Pilates, to strong flow Vinyasa, and more. Each teacher has a slightly different teaching style that keeps the classes fun and interesting. I definitely recommend getting your zen on here!
After 15 years, I still walk into the studio and feel peaceful. Good vibes here, everyone's very friendly and welcoming. Large variety of classes to choose from at many different levels. Great teachers. Look no further!
