I boarded my dog bean for a week here last year and I asked for updates given I’m a very anxious traveller regarding my dog (he is all I have) but they never got back to me. It seemed when I got there they were over having him too as the way they acted made me feel like he was a nuisance. I had my dog boarded here for two weeks while I went to a wedding. I assumed I was picking the best place possible for him. When I picked up my dog he stank INTENSELY of urine. His blanket and bed were given back to me soaked and smelling awful of urine. My dog had bite marks on his nose and leg, raw sore spots that I was never informed about. My anxious dog (a corgi/blue heeler mix), Ollie, I thought would be a handful for anyone let alone have him spend days at a daycare; I am completely shocked that he is doing so well here! The staff are super friendly, dropping off and picking up is super easy as well, the billing makes 100% sense, I could go on but the most important aspect of all of this is I truly can go to work in peace knowing Ollie is being cared for and get cute little photos during the day. The staff was amazing with both of my dogs. An absolute great environment.
I had a fantastic experience at Soulmutts toronto! They come to pick up our dog in their shuttle to take him for a walk then drops him off. Amazing service highly recommend!
