The website says there is “professional overnight supervision,” but when we went for a tour we learned there are 1-2 people present during daytime hours only to watch 3–5 rooms of dogs. At night, they rely on security cameras and there are no humans on the premises. This may be fine for some dogs, but it’s not a fit for ours. Three years and counting at Soulmutts with my golden retriever Reggie. In that time we've used daycare, boarding (multiple times), grooming, and the pickup service. Adopted a retired racing Greyhoundnamed Whisper. She had never been around small dogs. Soulmutts did the most patient slow intro Ive ever seen at a daycare. Now she has a friend group. Magic.

Memphis is a Belgian Malinois with high working drive and serious training. Most daycares would either turn him away or let him develop bad habits. Soulmutts respects his training, doesnt let him jump on people, and gives him appropriate channeling. Hes treated like the working dog he is, not lumped in with average pets.
