Very conviennent pick up service. Reasonably priced. My big Husky absolutely loves Soulmutts!

I just tried calling. There’s no answer. There’s a dog whimpering in the back. It sounds like he’s been out there for a while and no one’s out there with him. Are you open? I have a recording for you to hear it’s freezing out and it’s been a while. It’s been 30 mins the dog is still out there alone crying. The business reply is WRONG. Good experience overall. Pricing is on the higher side, but that’s expected for a downtown location. I received one photo update, and it would have been nice to see a few more, particularly of the play and sleeping areas.
Soulmutts Toronto has been a great addition to our pet care routine. This place is a dream for any dog parent. They have spacious indoor and outdoor play areas, and the staff are consistently caring and attentive, making it feel like a true home away from home for dogs. My dog comes back happy, tired, and clearly well loved every single time.
