I just tried calling. There’s no answer. There’s a dog whimpering in the back. It sounds like he’s been out there for a while and no one’s out there with him. Are you open? Good experience overall. Pricing is on the higher side, but that’s expected for a downtown location. I received one photo update, and it would have been nice to see a few more, particularly of the play and sleeping areas.
Soulmutts Toronto has been a great addition to our pet care routine. This place is a dream for any dog parent. They have spacious indoor and outdoor play areas, and the staff are consistently caring and attentive, making it feel like a true home away from home for dogs. My dog comes back happy, tired, and clearly well loved every single time.
When my mom was rushed to the hospital unexpectedly, I called Soulmutts in total panic mode needing immediate care for my dog Finn. Even though it was 7pm and they were technically closed, Ally said "just bring him over, family emergency always comes first." I was crying with relief! They kept him overnight and sent updates so I could focus on my mom. Having a place that truly understands that life happens and will help in a crisis is invaluable. They really care about their clients as people, not just customers.
The pickup service is SO reliable! They text exactly when theyre leaving, give a 10 minute heads up before arrival, and are always exactly on time. My dog Milo knows the sound of their vehicle now and gets excited when he hears them coming. The driver is super friendly and clearly loves dogs. Makes my life so much easier not having to worry about transportation logistics. Cant imagine going back to driving back and forth every day!
