Both Ishtar and Quinn and Oscar (the cutest puppy) have been so helpful in my growth journey. I feel extremely comfortable and walk out feeling great. Would definitely recommend Soulmenders!

Ishtar is an amazing therapist. I have been seeing her 1-2 times per month for 3 years now. She has helped me work through a lot of different trauma’s and continues to help me on my healing & growth journey. I would highly recommend!!
I’ve been working with Quinn the Nutritionist for a few months now and my experience has been great! She was able to look at my blood work results from my doctor, determine what my nutrition protocol needed to be based on my labs, she sent me dozens of recipes, and has provided great support along the way. She even helped me look at the quality of the water I was drinking, products I was using, and find better alternatives.
