David at the Cedar Hill location is the best! I called in a p/u order & my daughter went to get it. I didn't see my order of ribs. I called, spoke to David, he apologized and I went up there. He was super nice, offered me dessert and a drink! All is good, except when I got home the ribs i thought were missing WERE THERE!! It was late, I went in next day to pay for the "other" ribs & pie, I was so embarrassed. He was so nice again, we all laughed about it and straightened it all out.
