I was so excited to use this company because scheduling was very flexible, as I had to reschedule because our AC died, but I was unfortunately let down with the actual service. 3 sweet ladies arrived but none of them knew any English! They had to use their phone to use Google translate to ask me what areas they needed to clean. I didn't realize I was supposed to ask for them to use non-toxic cleaners, so I had to just give them my own. Great job all around. I live in a 3BR condo in downtown Austin and they were able to accomodate my needs quickly. They used nontoxic cleaners at my request and the place looks amazing! Trustworthy, reliable and effecient. Highly recommend!
Maids showed up on time, communicated well, and did an amazing job.
