I booked two appointments at the Pickering clinic, one for my mother at 4:30 PM and one for myself at 5:30 PM. When booking online, the system clearly states that the sessions are 60 minutes. My mother’s appointment started at 4:30 and ended around 5:15. Mine started at 5:30 but ended at 6:00. When I asked how long the sessions are, I was told they are 45 minutes which is not what is advertised online and my treatment lasted only 30 mins.
