Super excited about Soular. Waterloo has needed a place like this. My wife and I just went tonight at 4:30ish during there soft opening. Great food and service. Nice atmosphere!. I had the Juicy the sunrise burger my wife had the southwest chicken sandwich. Both were executed nicely. Flavor was excelent. Can't wait to try the Pizza looked good.
