The 2023 Mana Retreat to Hawaii was life changing, from experiences such as snorkelling with sea turtles, through to making big changes in my life since returning. Tracy guided and held space for us as we learned and embodied the spiritual teachings of the land and its people. As a group, we explored the sacred island of Kauai. It was a perfect blend of fun, spiritual-development and relaxation, as well as an opportunity to connect with a beautiful group of women.

I highly recommend working with Tracy, I had a very beautiful healing Kahuna massage session with her and it was exactly what I needed to help me get back on track. I was able to release some old wounds that held me back, move energy that no longer served me and learn ways to love myself better.
