My daughter's, granddaughter and mother went for pedicures for my 60th birthday, was a great time. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. My hair turned neon orange I was told the service was comped and left. They did not have anyone available to fix my hair-and I’m getting married in a week. I had to go see someone at a different salon. I got a text for soul to soul saying I need to pay for the service and I texted them no I was told it was comped and I have to pay someone else to fix my hair. Horrible customer services with no flexibility in rescheduling. New here, and was hoping to love it and be a regular customer; however, staff and manager at Arcata are rude. I requested a Mama massage appointment last night (after hours) on 5/2/2025. After I booked it, I realized it was for the wrong Saturday as I work the next day.
