Soul Surgery is a double edged sword. There are one or two clinicians there that are amazing, but the ownership and management (including Tanja Haaland, MA, LPC-S) is racist and homophobic. Your privacy is also something Soul Surgery struggles with keeping HIIPA guidelines, as evidenced by TJ Lewis and Tanja Haaland in multiple phone calls with my case manager at LifeSync Healing Center of Malibu. RecommendedAfter going to countless treatment centers over the coarse of almost 20 years Soul Surgery and their amazing staff showed me the light and the end of the tunnel I could never quite get to at other programs. Without them I don’t know where I’d be at today and every day when I go through what I’m grateful for they are on my mind. It’s facilities like this that truly give people the ability to recover and live a happy and fulfilling life sober.
Fraud!!! Dont be fooled they will lie to you about the "php" program if you even want to call it that with a different name to get you to do it, out of desperate times i say yes to it, i get there and im the only client...deffintley the guineapig for this program.... first week all staff gets fired, im left with little care no structure at all. Saying my insurance is covered when it wasnt i "owe"$1700... I will be reporting this place for much more
The staff at soul surgery is absolutely amazing. Everyone on their team truly cares and loves what they do. Very easy place to work with in admissions process.
By far the most comfortable place a person can be, to get uncomfortable and get to the root of the issue behind their addiction dependency!
I highly recommend Soul Surgery to any addict looking to reconstruct a better life for themselves. Soul Surgery is unique because they offer not only mental & spiritual therapy, but also personally customized gym workouts, massage therapy, and bio-sound feedback therapy. They are a very well rounded treatment center with genuine & caring staff members.
