I get salted weekly becsuse of my allergies and my sinus headaches. My symptoms for those are null and void now. Today I came in to use the salt spa and my sciatic pain that was a 10 went down to a 1 and I was surprised because I have been using the salt room for many months. The halotherapy decreased my inflamation significantly. Dottie is so very helpful and compassionate. I recommend this spa immemsely!
I recommend giving this spa a try if you are looking for a natural way to detox and align your mind, body, and soul. I went here for a PEMF and halotherapy treatment because I was really congested. I had already seen a doctor and was prescribed steroids which did not help. I coughed all night for 3 weeks straight. The salt room really helped me and my son! We battled really nasty colds and congestion before visiting. After just two visits, we felt so much better! The salt room is so relaxing and Dottie is incredible!
Run to this place for relief. This place is amazing. I have had the worst sinus problems for years. Traditional medicine never worked. Last week, my head felt like it was going to explode. I went to Dotti and sat in the salt spa, and came out feeling so much better. I have had 3 sessions so far, and I almost feel clear. Run to this place. Oh and btw I also did the PEMF mat. Had shoulder pain for 10 years, woke up the next day, no shoulder pain, and still no pain.
Highly recommend the salt room singing bowls in the salt room. This was my first visit to the spa with two friends to celebrate a birthday and we all loved it! Dottie has such a welcoming, warm environment and we all felt great after the session. We will be returning and bringing more friends next time! We've been to other salt spas, but this one was really outstanding compared to others.
