My first experience with Soul Spirit Spa! What a wonderful experience . Today I had the pleasure of time with Chair yoga! Not normally my cup of tea but I really enjoyed it and felt major changes in my body. Also the 45 minutes of salt therapy a must do again. My sinuses felt clearer. A wonderful place, Potties the coordinator was great with so much body awareness and healthy body. I am definitely going back! Thanks SBP!
My allergies were so bad that I could barely breathe. I was told that allergy shots would be needed. A friend recommended that I try salt room treatments and it has been amazing. I can breathe through my nose again! I was so congested when I started I went a couple times a week. Dottie the owner was so helpful in telling me how to maximize the treatments. Now I go once a week for maintenance and I would highly recommend for other allergy sufferers.
I get salted weekly becsuse of my allergies and my sinus headaches. My symptoms for those are null and void now. Today I came in to use the salt spa and my sciatic pain that was a 10 went down to a 1 and I was surprised because I have been using the salt room for many months. The halotherapy decreased my inflamation significantly. Dottie is so very helpful and compassionate. I recommend this spa immemsely!
I recommend giving this spa a try if you are looking for a natural way to detox and align your mind, body, and soul. I went here for a PEMF and halotherapy treatment because I was really congested. I had already seen a doctor and was prescribed steroids which did not help. I coughed all night for 3 weeks straight. By my 2nd treatment of Halotherapy and PEMF, I was breathing easy again and no more coughing all night long.
