I love attending the classes and learning about all of the benefits of the herbs, flowers, and essential oils. Kenzie is helping me deal with pain management as well as stress and weight issues. She really listens to what I am saying. She is very gentle when she is inserting the needles.
If you haven’t tried cupping, it’s definitely a must! My quads often get sore from my workouts. I couldn’t believe how relieved they felt after. Kenzie is professional, kind, knowledgeable person. And she makes you feel very comfortable.

Recently had some acupuncture done for various body aches and pains. Also, Kenzie did some guasha on my back as well! Very knowledgeable and informative of what she’s doing. I have never had it done before and felt very comfortable. In fact! I felt super good afterwords and got right back to my training the next day. Would recommend! Thanks Kenzie :)
I really like the fact that all of the products are hand made and the ingredients are holistic and organic. Real products made by real people, a great combination! Recently I tried the dandelion coffee scrub, it has a great smell and feels great, I would highly recommend!
