I visited Soul Serene for services and was seen by Shedina, who initially made a wonderful impression. She was very kind, caring, thorough, and genuinely concerned about understanding the treatment I wanted. I appreciated how prompt she was in responding to my questions and scheduling my initial appointment. However, my experience after the first visit was disappointing. Great customer service. It was an amazing experience. She is very personable and has an outstanding personality. Your skin and health is very important to her. She is also very knowledgeable.
