Randy’s been incredible! Really opened my eyes to SOUL fitness (mind, body AND spirit). It’s easy to get stuck on just the body. But he really has a way about him and the way he coaches that brings it all together.
Excellent workouts. I've been part of the weekly classes and personal training, both are well worth it. Very knowledgable coaches!
