This place has amazing barbeque
I ordered a slab of ribs, Mac and cheese, cheesy potatoes, and rib tips. Listen, when I tell you it was great. Especially having a bad experience in Kansas City my home town. This is definitely KC style bbq. Everyone in the region need to come to Topeka Kansas just to try this barbecue spot here. And the sauce isn’t bad either!
Chicken wings!!!! Love them! This place is a a diamond in a rough. Check them out for quick bite or a homestyle bbq dinner.
I stopped by at lunchtime, on an impulse,for some ribs. I have enjoyed eating ribs for several decades and truly never savored such tender, thick cuts of ribs EVER! Truly!! I ate them without the sauce to fully enjoy those ribs. Soul Fire BBQ is definitely front and center for my bbq needs. Whoa….heavenly food!
