I had such a wonderful experience with Dr Lucy and her team. From my very first appointment, everyone was so friendly and welcoming — from the girls assisting her to Dr Lucy herself. She really takes the time to listen, ask questions and explain everything clearly so you feel comfortable and understand what is being done.
