I first came to Dr. Shannon over two years ago after a gnarly Boundary Waters trip. Portaging canoes and sleeping on rocks left my back feeling like it had lost the battle with Mother Nature. Dr. Shannon not only got me upright again, she’s kept me moving, strong, and pain-free ever since. She has a gift for knowing exactly what your body needs, blending skill with genuine care. Soul Chiropractic isn’t just about adjustments, it’s about feeling like your best self again. I can’t recommend her enough.
Kendra is an amazing therapist! I have done craniosacral with her 3x and it leaves me feeling so grounded and at peace. Even days after. I truly believe energy and body work can help regulate your nervous system. If this is what you are looking for, definitely try craniosacral! I'll be coming back!
I met Shannon at a community event and something about her was just so bright inside and so calming. I decided to visit her clinic. The moment I walked in I knew my family was home.. First time visit and I got in right away. I had some nasty neck pain the night prior with no sleep and Soul Chiropractic got me in that morning and relieved my pain. After an adjustment that went very smoothly I was in tears of relief - the pain was gone and I could take a deep breath again. The place is lovely inside with soft music and lighting and everyone there seemed happy and relaxed. I'll be going back. So happy to have such a nice resource so close by.
Dr Shannon does a lot more than putting bodies back into sync .She has helped me become aware of my ability to heal my own body, mind and soul! I now have more room to grow!
