Had my first ever facial and it was amazing! It was exactly what I needed: fun, relaxing, and incredibly peaceful! The atmosphere was so serene and the music & essential oils allowed me to fully unwind and I enjoyed every moment. The facial itself was rejuvenating, and my skin feels better than ever! Beautiful atmosphere and Shyana has the most inviting and caring energy ever. She is knowledgeable in her work and very good at passing along the gems so that I felt empowered in my own face care journey. I had such an amazing experience with Shyana. She is professional, kind and made me feel right at home. I bought one of the lymphatic rejuvenation sessions.The location was easy to find, she made sure I knew where the bathroom was and offered me water before we started. It was my first time making a sugaring appointment because I had never tried it or waxing before. It just always sounded so intimidating to me, but I’m glad I booked with Shyana because she made the process very easy and comfortable. Shyana filled me in on what to expect during the appointment, how to prepare beforehand, and how to take care of myself afterwards. 5 weeks later and I never experienced discomfort or ingrown hairs from the sugaring.
