Do not rent with this company! They do not keep their word or promises and choose to screw their tenants over in the end. Even good ones who have always paid on time and never had any issues. Rent with someone else or buy with someone else, these people aren't professionals. We worked with them for 5 years and it was absolutely terrible.
We first moved to Fort Collins, CO in 2021. We were moving from out of state and Patrick was great guiding us through the home buying process and providing insight into neighborhoods.
