Yeah, I spoke to Lane on the phone about contracting some work for site out in Minnesota and I couldn't have left the call feeling more scathed. Not only did he make sure I knew that Minnesota had laws against "crew" from his team from working there as a contracted employee but also he made sure I knew that Minnesota wasn't worth building in since it wasn't built on solid cultural ground.
