I came to Dr. Asfouri after a huge misdiagnosis at ARC, where for years they had dismissed my heavy periods and pain. Dr. Asfouri validated my concerns about tumors and performed, successfully a surgery, removing all of thr five. While he is gentle and overall has good bedside manners and is probably a good obstetrician, I don't recommend him for anything else, especially not for anything concerning peri- or menopause related. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience so other women know what they may encounter here. Dr. Asfouri himself is excellent. He is very knowledgeable, takes his time, and does a great job explaining potential health concerns. I truly felt like I was in good hands when speaking with him. However, the front desk staff and assistants completely changed my overall experience—and not in a good way. I found them to be unprofessional, disorganized, and at times dismissive. I have gone to Dr Asfouri for over a year. We lost our baby in Dec 2024 and he was with us through entire process & performed the D&C. We got pregnant with our son in April and he has been amazing. He listens, provides the care and support needed, and is loved by many of his teammates at St David’s North. Very lucky to have found him and highly recommend.
