In my opinion: Got very little value, once he got my deposit. Hand was out before I even got through the door was the first red flag, not having any knowledge of the issues of my concern in CREP land issues was the next, constantly referring to the case he had coming up in court, and blaming my records in the half baked report he gave me as to why it had no substance and looked like a high school attempt to slap together a past due report was another. Very unsatisfied. $$$$$$$
