I’ve been a tenant with Souder Properties for the last year. The building is regularly cleaned and maintained. On the rare occasion that I need to put in a maintenance request, it is always handled promptly. The building is kept at a comfortable temperature (69-72) leaning toward the cooler side. Writing this review due to the Air Condition in my wife’s rental space. I will update this review once the HVAC is repaired, it’s going on 2 weeks with no resolve. My wife is 7 months pregnant and her clients are constantly complaining about how hot it is. Not a good experience so far. UPDATE: Erika(Property Manager) helped resolve the issue. I think there’s learnings for management with this experience. If they listened to our concern almost 2 weeks ago, they would’ve known that it was the thermostat locked in the neighbori... read more
